Parents who do not buy out of their volunteer work commitment are required to help with timing, records, etc. at our Mini Meets. You will be contacted to choose the date that works best for you. There will be no reminder of your volunteer commitment. If you are unable to attend the meet for which you volunteer to help, please find another parent to take your place. Our family roster will give you the numbers for other families. Volunteers should plan to arrive at the meets 30 minutes before the start of the meet to get their work assignments.
