2010 Registration Instructions

Trial Period

Please follow these four steps:

1. Complete and sign the 2010 club release form. 

   2.  Complete and sign the USATF membership application form.

(NOTE: returning members ONLY may choose to renew their membership online at https://www.usatf.org/membership/application/ and include a valid 2010 USATF membership number in lieu of this form.)

3. Include a check for $60 made out to DVTFC.  (Please do NOT make out a separate check to USATF, as the club will pay membership dues in bulk.  Only returning members who chose to pay their $20 USATF renewal online may deduct that amount and send us a check for $40.) 

        Postmarked by February 19, 2009 !     

You will receive an email confirming your registration and all correspondence will be via email – so please take care to write your email address clearly on the forms !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regular Season

Registration will be conducted at the conclusion of the trial period.  Regular season fees will be $240 for March 15 through May 8. ($190 for each additional child)
